Everyone has heard the name paradiddle at some points in their life. Paradiddle is basically a combination of single stroke and double stroke (check out Rudiments 101)
So a single - double - single - double

Now there are three other variations to this rudiments meaning that if we push the notes by a 16th note we can rearrange this rudiment.
